ORDERING
Orders are periodically downloaded throughout the day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a National holiday will be processed on the next business day.
PAYMENTS
Credit card and bank payments are accepted through PayPal to rcgtrading@verizon.net. Your PayPal address must be CONFIRMED, otherwise your payment will be refunded. If you are not comfortable with internet purchases you can place an order and print it out and send it in along with a money order or personal check. Please e-mail or fax us at (718) 271-3752 to advise us how you will be fulfilling your payment. Checks will be cleared before actual shipping of merchandise. In order to be tax exempt, you must supply us with your RESALE CERTIFICATE which you must furnish via fax to (718) 271-3752. Once we have it on file and we we have confirmed you to be tax exempt, it is not necessary to resend one each time you place an order. If you are not tax exempt, you must pay the NYS applicable tax on all your orders.
SHIPPING:
Buyers will be responsible for all shipping charges. For items weighing over 100 lbs. buyer must arrange for shipping method. Otherwise all orders will be sent via UPS. If you have a PO Box we will use USPS, but item will sent within 2 days of placing order.
RETURNS:
Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 7 days of delivery, only if the item was misrepresented on our site. Those items sold AS IS, are not accepted for return since they are sold at an extremely low price due to the term AS IS. All returns must have an RMA#. Call between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to get a return merchandise authorization number. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Returns after 10 days of the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Carefully pack your return and write the RMA# on the outside of the box in plain sight. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Due to the nature of some items such as kits, measured products and software, we are not able to accept their return. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping and handling charges on returned goods are non-refundable.
